I went and reread you tofu stuffed shell recipe this morning and I came up with a plan - tofu and cheese (plus "stuff" stuffed caneloni. :) We eat that pretty often and if I keep a lot of the tastes (herbs etc) the same but based around what you make I think I'll get away with it. *VBEG* When I do it I'll let you know how I get on!!
