It might be necessary to mail old photos by snailmail - and we all know old pictures are precious. But if you know someone nearby who has a scanner - they can scan it for you and send it to you by email. You can save it on your hard drive and then send it to whomever you care to.
Go any ideas on how to make this a money-making event? Pay to enter, maybe. Giggle, I guess I will have to *pay* to show off how cute I was!
