Diane it depends on which state. Some have Emissions requirements, some have yearly physical checks of the car to make sure they run correctly. In all states you have to have the car registered and with most states you have to have insurance on the car and all it's drivers.

As far as selling you simply have to have a title to the car. As far as warranty you can stipulate the car being sold "as is" meaning you don't give any guarantees. A quick check by a mechanic could allay many concerns on that front. Big hugs to the Kiwi kids.

Oh yeah, when you get a minute could you post your "recipe or formula" you used that time you made your all purpose furniture - hair polish - skin cream combo????? I am running out of my store bought furniture polish and would love to try your home brand. Hugs.
