But even Lisa admitted that she had made a slight error and that was one HOT dish I made! LOL, I can do hot!!!

Ok - here's mine (caught me out on a "throw it together cause OMG it's getting late" night. ;-)

We had toasted hamburger buns which I crisped on the base, flipped over, made a dent in the soft bread part and added a mixed up goo of a small can of tuna, a 'made up extra thick' packet of cheese and herb sauce, some chopped spring onions (shallots I think you guys call them?) and fine chopped celery, a dollop or two out of a can of tomato and veg mix, garlic salt, fresh ground pepper, I grated the little bit of cheese I had left and added some of that - slopped this disgusting (but yummy :) looking mix into the bread cases, topped it all with the last of the grated cheese - grilled till heated and the cheese melted and consumed with much gusto! :)

How's that? I like to know what other people eat too. There was a time there where Marlene and I could just about tell you each and every night what we were having for dinner (via email) *VBG* - I miss it too!

Thanks for asking this!
