We have a large brick BBQ (Andrew built it - chimney and all) down the back in a special area (I will take pics I think :) and a charcoal BBQ that lives on the front decking (one of those kettle jobs that you can even bake in if you want to) and a couple of, variosly sized, wood burning portable BBQ's for taking out to the beach and along on picnics (depending how many we will be feeding off it and how much we will be cooking) we generally beach comb for driftwood to burn on it. :) Loads of fun! The big BBQ down the back has a spit attachment (rottissere thing - NOT spit like some of you are bound to ask, LOL) and we have cooked whole turkeys on it for Christmas dinner. And, YES, we BBQ in the rain too!!! *VBG* - it's a nutty country!! ;-) Glad to know we aren't alone in the "nuttiness" :)
