..I'm a day behind so I need to read this whole thread and see what other goodies have been offered up. :) Kat - that's the main problem I've had with them before - too runny. I have a recipe somewhere for one made with a condensed milk (the canned, sweetened stuff) base for the filling which Andrew likes but for me it's too sweet so I need something in-between. I'll give yours a go ~ many thanks.
