I already took something for that but if I continue to feel tense I'll try some valerian next. Andrew is under orders to not come home tonight unless he stops for wine on the way. :) I'll tell him that Kat backs me up on that. ;)

Thanks for the care guys - it helped just to write about it. Kind of put things in perspective to a degree.
