The only ones I own are a few that I've been given that are Ok for just around home sort of thing. I don't wear red either (although I was once told that anyone at all can wear a "true" red - I wonder what that means and if it is a fact?) If I wear yellow it has to be a specific shade, tricky one that. Same with the blues...

That's a real fright on the skin cancer. I think more and more people are becoming aware of that. I was raised in a boating, beach going, outdoors type family and looked like a brown nugget with hair bleached nearly white for most of my childhood. Not these days! Vanity gets tossed out the door and I wear a hat to the beach, a hat when gardening (most of the time - unless I start doing it without having planned to start). Plus I'll usually take a long sleeved light cotton shirt to the beach with me - it's just not worth the risk to tan very much. A little bit of colour is nice but I think there are limits to it.
