So I called this lady friend of my mother's who has been practicing homeopathy for 20 years......

I am taking Arnica twice a day, this is for sore muscles and for healing. I am taking it twice a day in large doses.

Hyparigam, once a day, this is supposed to help woth nerve damage.

Rustox, for stiffness

staph, for incision pain and for nerve damage, tendon damage etc.

bellis for trauma to nerves

calendula, for healing.

I can't have coffee anymore or mint. for some reason, they don't work with homeopathy so she is sending me special toothpaste, yuck, it is probably gross.

the consultation 45 minutes was 75.oo and each remedy is 8.oo I will have it tomorrow. will keep you all posted, I have nothing to loose. I have also ordered 2 books, one is
healing the back naturally, and the other is back sense. supposed to be excellent books. I am having new pains in my upper spine now, I am so scared, I have an apt next thursday with the surgeon.......
