Smell them too (even if you do get hayfever ;)... check for bees first though!! LOL.

Margaret it's a common human failing to get so tied up in the problems of others that you lose sight of what is actually causing stress to you (and sometimes those nearest and dearest to you too). I am glad the crystals are helping you.. I think Heather herself is helping you too - she sounds very switched on. Recently I had cause to ask for positive thoughts to be sent out to me by my friends out here in cyberland - and they did - and I felt like I'd received dozens of hugs and symapthetic touches - and so I got through a potentially very bad patch and was able to come into this new week with a little more perspective and calm. That's not to say I'm out of the woods just yet but just the knowledge of human care is often enough to get you one step further along the path. It took me a long time to feel comfortable with stuff like this (I'm not really a huggy type of person) but in the end I realised that there needs to be a balance - I like to be there for others, I'm sure that they like to be there for me when I might need it. The same thing goes for you too. Let those around you help if they can and will ~ meantime go pick a huge bunch of flowers... some to take to Bill and some to put somewhere you can see and smell them often throughout the day. That way you'll be sharing something beautiful even though you aren't together right now. :)

Hugs out to you..

Diane.
