Garnet - Stimulates, activates and energizes. Garnet, in it's red varieties, is one of the speediest energizers. It is associated with the first or root chakra located at the base of the spine - the center for action and activity. Aids in the ability to use practical skills, motivation, protection, and physical survival. This is the "stone of devotion", to others, to your self, and to your aims. Awakens creativity. Provides regeneration and balance. Draws negativity and protects from toxins. Also said to attract good luck and prosperity.

Opal - Opals are said to enhance originality and creativity, loyalty, faithfulness and spontaneity. Also encourages emotional stability and fosters love. Opals have been used spiritually to induce dreams and visions. Physically - strengthens memory, helpful with Parkinson's, purifies blood and kidneys. Also useful in regulating insulin. Best worn on the little finger.
