When I was in Northern GA, I picked up some home produced (not production line bottled) sourwood. I wish I'd known Kat!!! Drat...I could have easily picked up some extra. :(

This is not where I got mine, but you can try Dillard House...the place I stayed. Most of their stuff is pretty unmessed with. No guarantees tho (didn't try theirs...did get some of their relishes however...yum)

It's under the Jams and Jellies and does advertise itself as raw.
