I can't wait to try Marlene's smashed potatoes either!!! That's the kind og food that makes Andrew think I've been ever so clever for some reason yet something that might take hours to prepare is simply - food!?! Ah well, smashed potatoes, egg and bacon or cabannosi sausages I think ....maybe a Friday night meal with a little silverbeet to balance things out(chard? I think you guys call it. :)
