I wasn't thinking of you when I posted this (obviously & sorry) I had thought that we could all use some more vegetarian type meals though and that was going to be my next one - you beat me to it (and I am relieved!!). :) I have a cook book that was written by a lady whose husband was diagnosed with cancer (in Australia I think) and she reworked their entire style of eating and he went into remission!!! So she published the cookbook. It has some really nice sounding sweets and treats that might be of use to you (and anyone else here looking for low cal, low sugar type treats. I will try and post some (along with the sinful apple tart recipe). I toddled off to bed at 9.30 last night with a stinking headache for my companion and didn't get my normal computer time. :( Hopefully I'll be able to get a few done today though. :)
