Broccoli Salad

1 bunch fresh broccoli, cooked crisp and cut into 1/2 inch chunks
1/4 cup chopped onion
3 eggs, hard boiled and chopped
1/3 cup salad olives 9green) chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dill weed
fresh parsley

Mix all ingrediants together and chill overnight.

Spinach Salad
1 package fresh spinach - washed and torn (bite size pieces)
1/2 cup fresh bean sprouts
5 slices bacon - cooked crisp and crumbled
3 eggs hard boiled and chopped

Dressing:
1 cup oil (vegetable/canola)
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup catsup
1 small onion grated finely

For the dressing I mix it in a jar with a lid - needs to be whisked originally and shaken before serving.
