Aspargus Roll-Ups

18 slices white bread (crusts removed)
8 ounces cream cheese
5 ounces bleu cheese
1 cup butter
18 aspargus spears - blanched

Flatten bread. Soften cream cheese and mix with 1/2 cup butter and bleu cheese. Spread cheese mixture on bread and roll with one aspargus spear. Cut each into 1/4's and freeze. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes. You do not need to thaw before baking.
