Marcel Duchamp.

Here is another artist from a totally different movement. The movement was called "Dada". He was French, Picasso was Spanish. One of his most well known works is "Nude Decending a Staircase" (don't worry, it's cubist, there is no real nudity in it. haha!) His painting style is quite similar to Picasso's but Duchamp is a bit messier.

He was also responsible for the advent of the "ready made" art. (Objects in our everyday life that he has taken out of context, signed his name on the bottom, and called it art. Very controvercial in society's eyes. In art's eyes? He was the first to do it, therefore if he says it is art, it is art.)
