It is my understanding that garlic is of benefit in reducing high cholesterol - and where is it that you live? Hmmmmmm? Would that be the garlic capital? Are you not adequately supporting your most reknown local product? LOL - just kidding!!

About the chocolate - I often read that wine builds a healthy immune system - I also **choose** to believe it. ;-)
