Don't really believe in any of them. My dad is brutally logical and any and all old wives tales were thoroughly destroyed by logic!!! His belief, and mine too, is that you make your own luck.

I must admit that some of them are interesting to hear. Wonder how they got started?!?!?!?!?!?!
