Subject: Each of my boys has a tank....

Not big and not fancy, but they were how I introduced my boys to pets (after the awful hamster experience) YUCK - dirty creatures. My older son has a goldfish (4 years old and huge - I think he's part Coy) his name is Goldberg the goldfish. My younger son has a fighting fish named Little Champ - Jake has had him about 2 years. That's how they learned pet responsibility. They clean the tanks and feed them (and even if they go to a friends to spend the night, they have to ask one of us to feed their fish) - they've done a great job with it!
