I don't know....I have guy friends I have worked closely with on Play and Science Olympiad and in classes and there has been sexual tension but we have yet to jump each other. Different situation, I know, but same sort of thought. That being said...isn't there at time descripance between the events of Pilot and then Tooms, as in like a year? I haven't watch since JUNE, so I don't know for sure. In my humble opinion, I'd say either late season three or early to mid season four...the 'love of my young life' and I were close friends for about that long, and it seems to be the norm in all my 'we were friends and now we're dating' things....three to four years.
