"That bike ride was a bust," she mutters to herself. "KS finished the 25 miles in about a second and Kande turned herself into a block of ice. And there's still NO CREME BRULEE'!" she yells the last part at the top of her voice. Bubba and Kande pay her no attention, as Kande is still chasing Bubba around and smacking at him with a spatula.

CW comes in a few minutes later and quickly takes off her outer gear. "Snow Hat, snow glasses, scarf, scarf, scarf, parka, mittens, mitten-liners, snowsuit, Ah..." She seats herself next to the Mayor who is sitting with her head in her hands. "Whew, wasn't that exciting?"

"No." The Mayor isn't about to be swayed from her current bad mood.

"You didn't see Nina get blown into outer space?" CW says incredulously.

"No." The Mayor continues to sulk. KS storms through the doors and starts demanding Kande pay her $100. Kande refuses, and KS puts her in a headlock. A gaggle of tourists follow them around, laying bets on how long KS will keep Kande locked up. Stardoe runs by with her latest pet pecking at her head. Part of an earlobe her earlobe is missing and it's covered with an enormous mishappen bandage.

"What's the matter with you?" CW asks the Mayor in a concerned voice.

"I'm bored. Nothing ever happens around here." The FBI bursts through the doors and holds everyone at gunpoint, while they check to make sure no one else is holding onto a nuclear bomb. KS walks over to the head person and they start talking about the last FBI potluck she attended with JD. KS still holds onto a purple-faced, writhing Kande beneath her armpit. The FBI agent finally persuades her to let go. Which she does, then Kande starts chasing KS, the agent, and Bubba with a spatula and large serrated bread knife. CW looks at the mob of screaming people, the odd animal now nesting on top of Stardoe's head, and the Red Speedo Review who are doing a provactive striptease on the stage.

"You're bored?!"
