Jayne steps out, asking the cabi to hang out for a second before he motioned Mellony towards the door. "Bri, a old friend" He knocks heavly on the door, ignoring the yapping of a puppy inside.

Hushing the puppy, Bri opens the door and looks at the two people on her porch. She was dressed in an old pair of cut off jeans, cut very short, and a tight spaggeti strap shirt with no bra. Her blonde hair was short and hanging loose over her blue eyes. A broad smile takes her pink lips after a moment "Well if it isn't Jayne Cobb!" She steps forward, wraping her arms around Jayne and giveing a small laugh.

Jayne smirks and returns the hug, half spinning her around before setting her back down and releasing her. It was as if they where siblings or long lost friends. But in truth this was just how they where, it was an odd friendship... very odd. Chuckling, Jayne picks up the tini healer pup before making the introductions "Mellony, Bri. Bri, this is Mellony. We thought you might want some company. Hows the cheek?" He brushes her hair away from her left cheek, expsoing the yellowish remains of a bruse that went from her eye down her cheek and neck.

She swats him off and glares at him "Its fine, same fine it was last month" She turns to Mellony a broad smile, she extends a hand to the obviously pregnent woman "I'm sorry you have to put up with him. Come on in, he wants food, right?" She roles her eyes and motions Mellony inside, giving Jayne a slight glare as she walked past
