SO was oregon and washington. Wa was mainly hurt by president bush thru his executive orders. Enron has also losts law suits in wa State over than energy thing. however it was the presidential ordrs that hut wa most. I am not sure all the law suits in wa are even settled at this time. I do not understand when enron and energy is mentioned everyone jumps on the ca thing when others were hurt just as badly if not even worse.
