I think i heard that from somewhere but it just 'feels' right.

this has to be a favourite even though it's based on the ideology that they're in a 'real' world created by computers, I think it strikes a ground particularly close the the truth. you don't know whether anything exists. we only percieve things as they are. our ideals are based on what we percieved and so therefore all the existing ideals are individualistic. also we learn from what we percieve. I can't prove this, true, but I can say it because I think no one can argue against that.

the truth is what we see as the truth, truth like no other, nothing but the truth, a person to a truth - is like a moth to a flame.

truth is always being manipulated, there's even a phrase, 'absolute truth' because truth by itself cannot be the truth if someone has manipulated it. so therefore, truth is corrupted. but some say that 'the real truth' cannot be corrupted, cannot be manipulated or anything. also there are too many existing things in the world at the moment to actualise one thing as The Truth. There cannot be a eventual understanding of the truth be it 2000 years from now or a million... because to say that there is the truth, you're talking about absolutum, the bono fide, nothing but one thing. not zero not suffer not reality not never or ever or after... so the absolute truth, the neverending truth.. that's like trying to discover/explain how the universe began!
