Later, Leica had awoken from her nap and was fully refreshed, since she didn't need a lot of sleep to keep her a happy person all day. She went back into the kitchen to smell the same odor of stewed squid. Ew. This is gross. She thought, looking in the pot. How could people do this to the poor squid. She sighed and sat in the living room. She looked in a book that was sitting on the table in the middle of the room. It was obviously Thea's. It was entitled: The Assassin's Handbook. She looked once more at the title, then put the book down, and walked outside. The afternoon sun was just overhead, which meant that it was almost time for her to start her second job, as a waitress at the tavern across the street. At Pairseas Tavern. She looked at the sign. She worked with Callie, who was the bartender of the tavern. She was alright, but she didn't exactly appeal to Leica as a friend. She was ..... strange.... She went back into her house to get dressed for her job.
