Subject: No Worst Witch for me... ever :(

As the last time I saw a Worst Witch ep. was in *January*, I decided the time was right to start stocking up on the eps. you can buy on video... sooo I ordered a few copies from an online store, safe in the knowledge that they would arrive on my doorstep, ready for a marathon viewing session, in just a couple of days...
... that was *some time* ago, to put it lightly...
Where are my videos?

The company says once the items are shipped then they've done their part and they have no responsibility so tough for me, basically...
And so now it's obvious that my Worst Witch eps. have been lost in the post... never to resurface... ever...
Now this just ain't fair *nods solemnly*, because it's not just happened to me once, but *twice* now...
No Worst Witch videos...ever
And a full refund of my money?
Hah, not likely, because I can't prove to the company that I never got them.
So today I am sad sphinx
