Subject: ball chopping

yet another problem with my gun i'm about ready to sell it..

okay here's the problem sometimes when i fire no ball comes out, its usually 1 in every 10 shots. and i had about 9 or 10 balls chop today in like 3 hours. my powerfeed is in the correct position and tehre are no dents or scratches

please help =(
