Same thing happened to me....i can bet that you're not pushing the pin all the way in. ok. when you push the pin down through your bolt, you also have to press it through the striker hole. the striker is the darker metal "thing" that you can barely see when you gun is uncocked. (its in front of that spring down there). When you put your gun together, you have to make sure you put the striker back in so that that hole is facing up, thatway you can press that pin through your bolt and down through the striker hole. Hope that works becuase that was my prob.
