hmm. I was trying to think of where I got some of these tips and drills. I remember now. I got a tip from Bea Youngs about a DVD. she highly recommended it. the dvd is called Operation Paintball: Total Dominance. Its about an hour long. it goes from basic safety to all those tips and drills that I talked about. some of it is cheezy but you get alot of good info from it. It stars "mooner" from GZ I think and Boss from podbitch.com. I bought it for my wife and I ended up watching more than she did. I have it ripped but its a huge file. If I can shrink the file size to something a bit more managable maybe I can arrange for some of you to copy an "evaluation" version from me :)
