That's a strange problem....the whole idea of the powerfeed is to eliminate chopping from blowback....the only thing I can think of, is to check the forward o-ring on your bolt... They're the same size as tank o-rings, and if you have the nice hard whiteish/clear ones, they always work great for me. Also, if the bolt is upside down, that may further increase blowback, because gas can't escape down the barrel as intended.

The only other thing I can think of, is to carefully check the face and side of the bolt, to make sure there aren't any sharp edges, same with the inside of the powerfeed, where it joins the marker body.
