Subject: My F4' s here!

Alright, now my F4 finally arrived last night, and I am thrilled! I payed $70 including shipping on Ebay, and the thing is in great shape! It looks to be a '99 with HVC, Sub Zero xchamber (4 stage), and it even had a venturi bolt, which wasn't mentioned in the product description.
My one complaint is that the marker was bought (by the ebay dealer) from someone who didn't know how to take care of their marker. It was filthy! Obviously, I'm going to take it all apart tonight and clean it, as well as install my new double trigger frame that I ordered from ACI!
My question is this: are there any special details I need to pay attention to as I "restore"/detail/clean this marker? This is my 2nd F4, but the first one was bought new, so I didn't have to worry about it. Also, I know it's addressed somewhere in the archives or FAQ, but what is the preferred ,method of lubrication, airlube or other?
Thanks,
Jon
