As far as your statement Ben, The key for me also is rest, relax, let go into the Being of "not knowing who I am, allowing myself to be all things and everything including that ever present and (seemingly)elusive inquiry. My many facets of being are also having the flashlight of conciousness shown on them and some are also ugly but beautiful at the same time as I have come to love this ever evolving process of intergration of "ME" (I say this kicking and screaming all the way ofcourse)!!!
