This was probably done by a squad from a secret governmental service that had got the task of finding out everything about the life and habits of the young population in the area.

They had apparently got orders of finding out everything they could about the youths, if necessarily by any means.

Possibly they also did thing so that the government could study the responses and effects of young people upon traumatic events.

But these squads work very independently which does it possible for them also to use research objects as toys to gratify own sexual and sadistic lusts.

The involvement of the school doctor showed that parts of the health service, and probably the child protective service too, and police were involved with the actions.

Such services is often seen by the government more as a tool to control people than a tool to help people, which explains why such services so easily are complicit in numerous abuseive actions.

These secret squads that seem to be active in all western countries often do their actions in a way that make people confused,

In this case they masqueraded as a gang of private bandits. A long time they tended to masquerade as alien from outer space, which resulted in all these alien abduction stories.

I have the following questions:

In which country and area did it happen?

Could you observe actions from the child protective service, health service, psychiatry or police towards kids and families after the event?

Some actions is to be expected after the event got reported, but did they also do something that did not seem to be to investigate the event as such.
