Midori walked out from the bedroom after changing her clothes. She was now wearing a pair of black sweats with a pink hoodie that just showed off the fine lines of her curves without hugging her body too tightly. Her hair was now pulled back into a ponytail as she reentered the living room just in time to hear his comment. In her hand was a bottle of aspirin. She walked up behind him with a small smile. "Thanks. I tried to make it look somewhat decent." She leaned over the couch to drop the bottle into his lap. "Here, i think you need some." She walked over to the small kitchen and grabbed two glasses from the cuboard before filling them with water. She brought one over to Max and set it down on the small table beside the couch.She stood next to the couch not sitting down in the open seat beside him. "Here, I thought you might want something to drink. Sorry I locked the door, its a habit. You can leave if you want to." She knew that she was talking too fast and too much but she was so nervous and still shaken up from the whole event.
