She postured her body awkwardly, self conscience by how much skin she had exposed to him only a minute ago. She was dressed now, thankfully, in sliced up jeans dyed a brownish tinge and a silky white top with billowed sleeves that encased her arms to the wrist. The material was thin and it flatted against her form in a rather revealing nature. It was a suiting color to her skin complexion though.

She watched him with hazel eyes and felt his unsure nature radiating towards her. She hadn’t meant to be so upfront and confrontational. She moved closer at the statement about being a shifter. At least he wasn’t a vampire.

She didn’t feel like smiling but she plastered one on for show. She was without arm distance from the boy. She had approached cautiously and with plenty of body language warning. “Ezra.” She liked the way the word sounded and felt against her tongue. She committed it to memory. “I’m Lyla.” The palm of her hand rested between her breasts. Her fingers were long and elegant and belonged on the throat of a cello more so than the subway scene. “And you didn’t scare me.” It was a bold lie and it showed on her pastel pink lips.

“Maybe you aren’t lost.” The smile was feeling a bit more natural as she felt no immediate threat from the male. “Maybe your duel nature brought you here on purpose?” She was sure she sounded cryptic to the male. After all, he probably didn’t realize he’d just wandered into the shifter hub of the city. She’d play with him a bit more before she revealed that. I mean, after all, he was kind of cute.
