Well Bob Nancy was very much alive when she signed those papers. Does the fact that she is dead negate what she signed. Now that is ridiculous. She was of sound mind and body so to speak when she signed those papers. Legal agreements don't end with death or wills would be obsolete. I don't think the Springer show is running scared or anything like that. Trials cost money and who will foot the bil? Will the Campbell's foot the bill for lawyer fees and court costs when they lose? I don't think so. So, why should the show spend money it doesn't need to spend.
