I decorate heavily and participate in the condo wide halloween party. Everyone puts out [usually homeade] goodies out in their driveway and the kids [of all ages, heeheehee] walk around and pig out. They even give out doggie cookies for the four footers!!!! Lots of fun. As far as I know most general T&Ting is being cancelled this year because of the possibility of more "$hit" happening.
