...there "ARE" fifteen nasty old pounds lurking under my stretchy clothes! I'm only a tad over 5'2" and weigh in at 134. May I add that the last time I weighed this much I was about six months pregnant? I'll be Marlene can attest to this truth:

When you are short, every extra pound really shows. Mine go right on my gut and around my face. When Auntie's chin disappears it is time to be doing something constructive. I absolutely love Chinese cuisine but can't eat it every day as the sodium content can truly land me in a hospital bed. I never was much of a meat eater except for chicken. My real food weakness is occaisonal binges of sugary things (a depression thing) but not real often, and POTATOES. If I could only have one food it would be the potatoe since it tastes good so many ways.

And no Barbara, I'm not getting any exercise outside of the garden work. I'd enjoy walking my dogs here on our acreage if other people would keep theirs contained on their own property. I was nearly eaten in my own yard when Spink was young. Grabbed him and tried to protect him from two large German Shepherds, if Doug hadn't come out I hate to think what would have happened...anyway, that is why I don't walk out here anymore. Maybe I should start building a rock wall or something *grin*? I'm always amazed at the people who have the discipline to ride an exercise bike or treadmill. Reclining is so much more enjoyable : )
