Buy a jar of powdered iced tea mix with lemon! Put about 1/2 cup in a half gallon container. Add water and stir! Delicious! hee hee Of course I am sure Marlene's is much better and lemon meringue pie - one of my favorites. Marlene, are you sure you don't want to move to the east coast - say about a door or two down from me. You sound like a great cook!!
