Mmmmm, my favorite. I always have trouble with my meringue "weeping" - even when I let everything cool thoroughly before assembling. I think I've seen meringue recipes that use gelatin (?) to keep that from happening. Anyone make it that way?
The weeping is not a problem unless the pie sits around a day or so (it makes the crust soggy).
