take a nice long hot bath with your favorite smelling bath salts, drink a nice cup of herbal tea with some of that wonderful NZ honey, then have a big housewide hug with all skin and fur occupants!!!!!! Then before bedtime tonight have a nice glass of wine to relax and veg out!!!

That is so scary and thank God that no one was seriously hurt. Sending some soothing zen [and a bottle of aspirin for the headache I sense building between your temples] and a humongous group hug.
