And UFO's? How selfiish and ignorant would we be to think we are the ONLY ones?

I don't have any good ghost stories, but when I was little, I used to sleep on the floor in the summers because it was cooler. One night it was really stormy and I used to think that it was beautiful to just lie there and fall asleep to the storms, smell the rain through the window and look up at the pink and purple lightening lit sky. As I was lying on my back I saw three small spherical lights go streaking across the sky COMPLETELY parallel. (SO parallel that it was way unnatural.) I looked for a second, got a little freaked out and ran upstairs to get my mom. She came back downstairs with me to see and they were still there. We watched for about 2 minutes, then it lighteninged and they scattered all three in a completely different direction. My mom started making excused, "They were weather balloons, go back to sleep."

NOW, 13 years later... She admits to me that she had ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA what they were and she was FREAKED out within an inch of her life but had to fib to me or she would have never had gotten me back to bed. LOLOL! She believed they were UFO's and so do I. Im so glad someone else saw them or I would be a little tweaked today! LOL!

Needless to say, I dont watch storms at night any more. All of a sudden they aren't as beautiful as they were then, especially not from underneath my bed. ROTFL!
