still no remedies, I am taking it real easy this weekend, I tire so easily, this back surgery really was something else, I am so weak still and I have weird cramps, spasms, and pains, but I am hopeful to heal. with back surgery you never know, kinda scary. I found a back support group but I can't get in until they e mail me and they are DRAGGING there feet. come on people! LOL,
