That kind of reminds me of something I saw my Grandmother do mannnnnny years ago. She made cornmeal mush, put it into a loaf pan and chilled it. Then for breakfast she unmolded it, sliced it and fried it. Served with butter and syrup (like french toast.) It looked *so* good when Grandpa ate it, it was kinda crunchy. I was the worlds pickiest eater when I was little, and I wouldn't taste it. (Boy has my pickiness changed.....I love everything now. Too much!)
