You can put a marinara sauce in it, but I like it just plain, it is so good, probably my favorite dish that I make.

some people do fry it and eat the next day, but I prefer it freshly made and eatern right away.... you should try it, I think you would love it, it's not like mush, more like creamy risotto but a differnt texture. I would lovr to have you over for dinner, come on over any time....... it's only a 3 hour drive each way.
