Job in Jeopardy or not. I think that may be our best route.

The thing is, this house is CHEAPER than others that have 1,000sq ft less. (Cheaper by 50,000.00) because it was zoned commercially and now they have changed it to residential. The monthly payment will equal out to what we are paying in rent now, so we wouldn't have to adjust our budget.

It is definately going to take a lot of thought. I am glad to hear you guys telling me those things because that was what I was feeling about the situation too. The only thing is, I am afraid of what would happen here if we couldn't pay rent. We have some saved, but how far would that go? It stinks...

Thank you so much for helping me with this guys!!! I really appreciate it! I am going to check into the insurance thing and if that is a no-go the house is a no-go.
