Couscous (I think that's how it's spelt). Is it the same, or maybe similar? I've made couscous (I haven't in ages but I used to a lot for quick, warm lunches). I liked to add stuff like fresh basil, olives, tomatoes ~ a little garlic salt, maybe a little chicken and/or green herb stock to the cooking water, some olive oil I think (memory going here LOL) any left over chicken etc if I felt like it and lots of fresh ground pepper. Andrew and Daniel liked it to... I wonder why I stopped doing it? Thanks for reminding me and please let me know if it is the same thing. If not I'll try yours too. :)
