Subject: Breakfast Souffle (make up to 2 days ahead and bake the morning you want)

Breakfast Souffle

10 slices of white bread, cubed with no crust
6 eggs
3 cups of milk
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup margarine (or butter) melted
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup green onion chopped

I have used ham or bacon or crab or broccoli in this recipe.

Beat eggs, milk and seasonings. Add cubed bread and meat or veggie choice. Pour into ungreased 13X9 pan. Bake at 325 degrees F for one hour.
