Subject: Ham with CocaCola Gravy [It is wonderful, I promise!!!]

Take 1 canned ham [make sure you keep all the flavored gelatin that is on the sides of the ham and/or any broth in the package] or boneless ham [does not work with cured hams though]. If you remove any bits of skin and fat leave them in the bottom of the foil to make the gravy.

Line bottom of pan generously with aluminum foil and leave long enough to wrap over top of the ham. Pour 1 coke over the ham and congealed bits of broth. Bake at 350-375 until either heated through and/or cooked thoroughly [depending on whether your ham was precooked or not].

For last 30 minutes unwrap ham and let coke and all drippings mix well. Makes an ultra moist ham and incredible gravy!!!! Cut and enjoy.
